The Warren County Judge Executive issued an order Friday October 17th lifting the ban on outdoor burning due to recent rainfall.  Open burning is now allowed HOWEVER it is subject to the annual statewide fall fire season burn restrictions in effect from October 1 to December 15. 

Through December open burning can take place only between 6pm and 6am and must be more than 150 ft from woodland areas. As always, please stay with the fire and call County Fire Dispatch at 393-4000 to advise them that you will be having a controlled burn.  For more information click the tab on our homepage titled "Open Burning Information".
