Alvaton Fire Department has teamed up with WKU to run the concession stand for the WKU vs. Navy football game on September 10. WKU will be donating 10% of the total proceeds that night to Alvaton Fire department. This is the largest game in WKU history to be hosted in Bowling Green.
We are very greatful to WKU for this awesome opportunity. Fruit of the Loom is sponsoring both our Monster Dash and our combined golf scramble with Joseph's Hope Foundation. Fruit of the Loom will be donating all the t-shirts for the golf scramble, four Russell Athletics golf polo's and a Colt McCoy autographed football. We appreciate the support of Fruit of the Loom. Spalding will be sponsoring both of our events with Joseph's Hope Foundation, Monster Dash and the golf scramble. Spalding is donating 4 baseball bats with engravings of AFD and Joseph's Hope Foundation, a Robinson Cano signed baseball glove, mini AFL footballs to be given away for trick-or-treating, Rookie Gear footballs and basketballs. Alvaton Fire Department teamed up with Duracell through the Protect Those That Protect Us program. Thank you to all of those who purchased specially marked Duracell batteries. Duracell donated a couple hundred batteries of various sizes to AFD to power essential items we use on a daily basis.Many Thanks to Duracell and P&G brands. |

Sonic restaurants have partnered with Alvaton Fire Department to increase recruitment of firefighters and support the community both organizations serve. Sonic is participating in the Alvaton Fire Incentive Program by offering all AFD members a 10% discount on all purchases.
Sonic will also be sponsoring two other Alvaton Fire Department events which include our annual Open House for the Alvaton community. The second event Sonic is sponsoring is the 1st Annual Josheph's Hope & Alvaton Fire 5k Run, 1 Mile Fun Walk.

Shoe Sensation has been a supporter of Alavton Fire Department since the first day the two organizations met at the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. Shoe Sensation is participating in the Alvaton Fire Incentive Program by offering all firefighters and their families a 15% discount on all merchandise. If anyone has seen the Trent Bedding commercials you know that Trent is willing to do what ever it takes to make people laugh and get customers to his store. Brooks Running Shoes has partnered with Alvaton Fire Department and Joseph's Hope Foundation to support our first annual 5K, 1 mile fun walk. Brooks Running Shoes is a premier running shoe brand supported by avid runners from all over the world. We hope to bring more support to Brooks Running by having them support us in our events. Joseph's Hope was established to help families interested in adopting children make that dream come true by providing funds on a grant basis. Both organizations raise funds by donations.
